It's just a pass to get into the VIP section at the Rose music center. The VIP section is off to the left side of the stage, you can enter the venue early by walking around to the left of the gates to the back. This VIP pass has nothing to do with your seats for the event its just a place to hang out, have drinks and food before and during the event. You can typically use the pass for any ONE event. It's really not that big of a deal, especially if you only have one pass you cant bring your friend(s) in with you.

There is a VIP area for each concert so you would have admission to the VIP area for the concert that day. Hope this helps!
