This is not normal. I would have asked to speak with a manager. I go there all the time and have never experienced this type of service.
The food is excellent and it should be open 24 hours but it is not in the right location for 24 hour service.
Why do people not want to follow rules? You know good and well you don't want to be asked anything 30 minutes before it's time to leave your job...😳 Grow up..
I can understand if it's like 10:50pm, and the restaurant wants to prepare itself for closing time by not letting people come in, but to do that at 10:20pm is too early to do that if their closing time is 11:00pm, I agree.
