Does not allow swimming...to swim in a lake there is fantasy lake. There is a fee. It's s small water park...we used to swim in hope mills lake but haven't seen where swimming is allowed since it reopened. There is Jones lake where you can swim. Its about twenty to thirty minutes towards Elizabeth town..
You cant swim here, and it's free to the public.

There are no swimming facilities but there are facilities for boating and fishing. No you do not have to pay to gain access.
