I wasn't there. I can't say what happened. There's 3 sides to every interaction - yours, theirs and the truth. I've met the owner, I assure you they don't promote treating customers badly. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Instead of blasting the business maybe you should call the company to complain properly. In eight years did you ever go to a public forum to say anything positive about them? I'm thinking you've had some - why else would you go back for eight years. It seems extreme to write them off for this one interaction. I'm genuinely asking.

I have used that car washfor 8 years, no more, especially since I was harrassed and cussed at after i said i would get my car washed. I do apologize for taking it out on the company, i am still shaking from the incident. I have never had a problem before now. It was the only one i went to. I was so shocked that after i told the guy i was getting my car washed, that he slammed the broom down and used the F word. That is so unbelievable to me
