I have always loved this car wash but I went thru the touch free on Saturday the 3rd. Got the 12.00 wash. It didn't even take the dirt off both sides of my car. I was really dissappointed since it cost me 13 bucks

I had an issue too with it not rinsing well, but generally I'm pleased. If you have an issue talking to the owner is a good first step.

Yeah, I suggest you talk the owner, maybe that day they had some technical issues. It really is the best car wash.

Try to talk to someone who works there. You can always dispute it with your bank if you paid with a card too.
