Why are the associates have such attitudes.. Rebecca who works where you pick up your obline orders is so rude

The short answer is Walmart management. The management is some of the worst I've seen. The employees are treated badly by managers who are very immature and disrespectful towards them. Thus, employee turn over is high and most employees are looking for another job. If you notice, you rarely shop at a Walmart and see the same face twice, except for the managers.

I dont have complaints about the in store management my issue was with the call service it was terrible
