They are a high volume but from my various visits it all seems very clean.
Everything there is impeccably clean.

They are very cean concerned, they constantly are cleaning!
We use butcher block which is NSF approved . We also sanitize the butcher block through out the day . You can also visit Delaware board of health and look up restaurants to see their score rating .
No bacteria just flavor and lots of it I have sat there through closing time and they are very thorough on their cleaning
