I am very impressed with price’s body shop. They went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and that I was updated every step of the way. Mr Leonetti was very professional and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to get an appraiser to get me a quote that I asked for even though he didn’t have to. Thank you guys again. My car looks like it did a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Your body shop and detail shop did amazing work. I would recommend you to any Toyota owner.

I went to them in response to a Toyota recall. Their appointment operator was very cordial and helpful. She set me up with a day and time of my choosing that allowed me to drop the car off the evening before and arranged for Price Toyota to send an Uber car to pick me up the next morning at no charge. My car was ready by 8 am! Everyone was great and efficient. Complete contrast to my experience with their associated dealership in Newark.

I didn't mind the up-selling too much. Although $455 for an oil change was more than I'd budgeted, I probably needed the coolant service... I did mind not being told my car would take 7 hours for service since I was not waiting on site. I did mind getting 5 text messages after I specifically told the rep to email or call and NOT to text. It took me 3 calls to learn the car was not ready, but not when it would be ready. I did not get a prompt callback. I expect better service from a dealer. This was their once chance to earn my business. I can do better.

From beginning to end, this was one of the best services I have ever had at Price. I have bought quite a few cars from them and had every one of the serviced there. My tire rotation, oil change and multi-point inspection took less that 45 minutes. Can't beat that. Thanks to Dacia and the entire Price service crew.
