Picture I'd he should be in the data base though
Yeah there's only one that didn't know and they still got it right but make sure its a valid picture id along with the proof of residence.

I would think to bring identification to show/prove its him or whatever he brought last time to get his fishing license...although im not even sure if walmart is place for a fishing license..ive never gotten it and i dont know anyone who has...
