I agree to most of the comments but it seems to be a pattern in most of the IHops. I love most of their food, especially the crepes. I would hate for any of them to close and the Ford location is pretty close to where I live. Maybe a better approach would be to state our dissatisfaction with a manager before we leave.
Be patient, They have other customers
Never have I had service worse than I have had here. Ordered at 1:30 for curbside. Said it would be done at 1:50. I had to go inside twice to remind them I had a pick up order, and we didn’t get the food until around 2:20. When we got home, all our crepes were missing legitimately everything and our pancakes were dry and the frosting was hard already. When we attempted to call them back, their phone was disconnected (as it was in the morning. We ordered online since we couldn’t get through to them on the phone.) Drove back their to explain the situation to have who I presume is the manager and some other workers express to us how “we are incorrect and they put all our toppings in a bag that we didn’t bring back.” After further debating, they said that they would remake our food for us. We waited another 40 minutes or so (it’s now 3:30) just to have them bring out THE EXACT SAME CREPES AND PANCAKES. Insane. The lack of care for their customers is unbelievable.
Especially the one on ford rd. Dearborn heights,mi very bad costumer service
There was only 5 tables at the most occupied when we got there. They weren't even busy
That about sums it up.I think they'll be going out of business soon.
