How long has this IHOP been at this location?

The waffles and chicken is good but you don't get much chicken

So, one says less than a year, another says longer than a year, and then we have over 5 years lmao. I would pick up the phone and ask.

Longer than a year, I have lived in the area for a long time, 15 years and it was a lone star, then closed for a bit, then I think next placeis ihop. Lone star closed ??? a long time ago.
