Yes, some places will allow u to buy if u get the card at thier place but I think PD put the kabosh on that because they don't do it anymore. It's really illegal. You can call and c how long your cards gonna be though.
Yes. But the dispensarie you may have gotten you're card from might let you in to shop before the hard card comes in some let you in if you have the paper on you . you gotta call and ask first to make sure.
