She ignores you or responds with a nasty comment. If I could give this place bad stars I would give them as many as possible. Terrible customer service and I would spend 3 dollars to wash somewhere else before I spend another dollar with this place

I totally agree with you. The older lady that works there is very unprofessional, nasty and mean.

I agree with you also. I passed by her and she snapped at me, accussing me of bumping into her hard.

I love yhe place as long as there is double load machine for 1.00 Monday thur Friday I don't care about the rest. The machines have very plain instructions on them. There are no hanging out or beggers. I feel safe here.
