Service at this location has gone down.I came in to dine in was not seated or given a menu.Employee's were drinking and talking.After sitting at a dirty table I had to request menus and for the table to be cleaned. Finally ordered food was pretty good .The waitress never came back until it was time to pay.My son requested a glass of water that he never received. After watching some customers get seated and others sat themselves was just annoying.

this I-hop was completely out of order. I asked for a well done steak which came back rare. the waitress had a poor attitude with me ,the customer, because MY order was done wrong. she offered to put it back on the grill after I ate from it. I find that completely unsanitary. on top of that my daughters claimed their food tasted spoiled. the oreo milkshake was warm like it had been sitting out . plus the overall stay was just completely chaotic people around us were also complaining that their order was done incorrectly. the floor was wet, I almost fell. I will never set foot in this I-hop ever again.

I've ordered carryout food from here before, so I thought a fine experience would be fine; Boy was I wrong. Everything done to the orange juice tasted stale, spoiled, or old. Will not be returning, would not recommend.

I love Ede!!! I always ask for her or Cole, but all the staff is dope and very nice. I enjoy the food and hospitality every time I’m here. Lots of great energy and family like vibes. The Food is 5/5 stars!! 😋😋😋🤪
