Do I need to print return labels for online orders before arriving, or can I get the return labels there?

I went already, and found out that you don't need to print return labels ahead. You can print for free and then drop off, all right there at the self-service computers

I just went today. They have kiosks for you to use and print out return labels for free. Just sign into your account on any of the 3 kiosks provided, and print out the return label.

I'm going to print one prior on arrival and print another label in the their office. So that's two for reassurance.

I would suggest to print them prior to going, just in case.
