There were enough signs posted to find the correct parking lot and to find the service center. I went there on a weekday at around 3 pm, and there was no wait. Also, the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful.

I am very impressed with the staffs working there. I was frustrated with newer kiosk stand and couldn't cancel the refund that was done by mistake. one of the staff kindly, without any of sarcasm helped me to talk to customer service. Very mature persons are working and I saw a quality.

Yes please bring in the book and all we need is your email to close out the rental on the spot. Please do NOT box rental textbooks. Just see an associate to close out the rental and you will receive an instant notification letting you know the rental has been closed out.
I went already, and found out that you don't need to print return labels ahead. You can print for free and then drop off, all right there at the self-service computers

Should be. Amazon @ The Beach has only two 15-minutes parking spots as of 4/30/18. Be careful with parking in the Staff/Faculty parking spots as you may get a ticket by doing so.

It varies, but usually about a month. The app let's you know how long they'll keep it once the package arrives.
No to trade-ins. Usually when you drop off an item here and you print the label via their kiosk, it will print a label stating your item has lithium batteries in it. I have returned items with lithium batteries at this location.

There are 2-3 Amazon drop-off/pick up spaces near the entrance.
First go online check on Amazon.com can give you some addresses to find local near where place you can drop package off. Amazon can providing UPS, Kohl's, Service self (alike RedBox), or Amazon store.
Thanks, all. When I went, the two spaces were taken and no one was leaving. There were two additional cars illegally parked in front. I was told at one point to go to the vendor parking in the back which was a nightmare. They'll let you in when you buzz but there were no spaces available, three trucks and one person came after me and double-parked behind some parked cars. I almost got stuck in there. I probably won't send my things to that location again but thanks for replying so quickly.
NOW- Amazon is telling me “I” have taken to long to return my book and I’m no longer eligible to receive a refund!!!!!!!!!
They used to provide boxes, now they only provide sealable plastic bags.
