The fee is the cost of your copay or coinsurance for an office visit. Sports physicals, lab tests, vaccines, and additional procedures are priced separately. Payment is due at the time of your visit. Please note that you are responsible for any outstanding amount not covered by your plan.

Without insurance, a standard visit costs $149. Sports/school physicals are $50. Full payment is due at the time of service, if we are not billing your insurance.
