Hey today i traded in my Nintendo Switch and i was wondering if uguys can tell me why i cant re download my games on the new one that i just got it has the same account from my old one but it say that i need to have access from my old one plz help

call the stire and ask to talk to someone in Geek Squad. they should be able to help you.

I think you need to call the store you traded your switch at. Or go through Nintendo help line to get your account back.
