My family has gone here plenty of times and María and Adamaris were very helpful and respectful to us. We all enjoyed our experience there and would recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! My mom and I started doing business with them on October 1st. The women who helped us, Maria, lacked professionalism, courtesy, and respect for their customers. We took everything she asked us for from the very beginning yet she spent 9 days doing something she told us she would have done in 3 to 4 days. Whenever she was helping us, she would answer phone calls and started speaking to other clients. She even started to buy food in front of us when we had already set up an appointment with her at that time after she had already cancelled on us the day before. On top of that, at that appointment, she had said everything was done and we were just going to make sure everything was correct. That was a lie!! She was nowhere near being done!! She hadn't even revised the information herself. I caught her with so many errors. She even made me fill out some sheets she should have done just to answer some phone calls. Maria also hadn't done the translations she was paid to do. At this appointment were suppose to leave with the documents completed but she said that she wanted someone else to revise it and that we had to go back and pick it up the next day. This was completely uncalled for since she already knew we were going to pick them up plus the fact that she was aware that we were in a time crunch. Considering that they are working on immigration cases, they don't even know how to speak about stuff without yelling everything out so everyone else in the room can hear. She would not take responsibility for her errors and there was so much negligence. We wasted so much of our time with these people and she couldn't even be prepared for when we were there. Maria and the women who work at this place are rude, patronizing, liars and overall untrustworthy. AVOID YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DON'T GO HERE
