I've always brought Samsung but I've had issues with certain models. The s4 had SIM card issues, the s7 had battery issues. But I love my Note 9, best phone I've ever owned. So investigate each model and but after enough time has past for people to identify problems. Samsung is for people who can discern and want a phone that gives them options. For my wife, I buy her iPhones because they do the basics well and that is what she needs. Final word is Trust Samsung but verify!

Not sure what you mean but I can say that after 10 years with iphone making the switch to the Samsung s9+ was the best decision ever.
Changed from iPhone a few years ago and don't regret it!
