They go by servers, not tables. If they don't have a server for those open tables they won't seat people in them. I go to the bar and bypass the line and wait.
They have a weird seating policy. Try going straight to the bar area.
Yea happens all the time, love the wings but the customer service is lacking
idunno....i never have that issue unless it's a big game day or fight day
It's like that all the time. More than enough open tables but they make you wait unless you want to sit in the bar area. Isn't that how they make money by filling those empty tables??? So why make customers wait????
