Almost all the cashiers here are super friendly and even the grouchy lady still helps you, lol. They'll usually go down an aisle with you and help you find items if they have enough staff on hand, if not they tell Aisle 5, left hand lower shelves near x,y,z not just Aisle 5 and good luck. They're very nice overall, carts work, best deals on groceries, decent choices. Stater Bros is pretty good but this store is my first go to in scv.

Ordered a chicken platter for pick up on Saturday at 11:30am. I placed the online order 5 days before pick up date. I recieved a call at 11am from a Ralph's associate on pick up date stating they didn't recieve there shipment of wings and could not fulfill my order. I was disappointed that I didn't receive the call earlier then 30 minutes before pick up time.

If there was one word to politely describe the customer service in the deli department it would be SLOW. So slow that I’ve aged one year waiting for 1/4 pound of roast beef. I’m sure other customers feel the same however i am warning future customers who shop for deli products. IAN needs to be placed in another section, it’s clear he cannot work at a decent pace.
