Online it says they close at 10, I go to get a pizza at 9 and they will not open the door . We’re super rude and this is no way to run a business.If you close at 9 then you should say you close at 9. If you close at 10 Then you should be open till 10

I always call before I leave. Sometimes the house change and sometimes they have to close early to clean up.
