My car ended up here, the staff were very accommodating and kind. Their yard lead, Denzel, and this sweet woman who's name escapes me were especially so. Doesn't matter your industry, kindness matters and they have it here.

Looking to buy a car with transmission or serious motor issues…. This is the place to go. Of all the other iaa locations in Georgia this is the better choice. The cars are not that good but the staff and people that work here are better. Forest park location staff is horrible.

Bad customer service with the staff, I'd recommend retraining for these folks that get paid off customers moneys! Pathetic service, ridiculous and filthy excuses for not rendering services. How can this facility claim to close at 5pm and you can't attend to customers at 4:50pm? I'd recommend other iaa locations... hwy 138 Loganville better customer services.
