Normally very good service. But The woman who helped me today was incredibly rude. She was visibly annoyed that I asked for a printed label, then as I was reading the mailing address off to her she let out a big sigh & took my phone to read it herself. Terrible attitude

It depends on which carrier it was sent through and which service was chosen. Some services allow for a "package redirect", which would allow the package to be sent to another address while in transit. However, this may come with additional fees. If you'd like a package to be redirected, please, call our store. One of our employees will be happy to assist you!
