We bought a new expensive phone . First time the sales person didn't give us the the proper info to open up the phone. So back to BB to open the phone. The sales girl closed my main email to a new email. This was a horrible mistake. I wasn't getting help from BB. I wasn't getting my email. Had to hire someone to straighten out the situation
