It really does just depend most of best buys openbox items are basically new and are buyers remorse. You would be surprised how many items are bought and then brought back withen a day or 2. But on top of that sometimes open items sit on the shelf for a long ti e so id say if its not an old model thsn its a good deal

If you're talking about an "open box" item Best Buy will put an open box sticker on it with a price. It's pretty much a personal decision if you would want to save 10% or so for the open box item vs a new one in sealed packaging.
Who uses a GPS anymore? Use your smartphone. GPS is expensive to keep updated and lacks the communication for real-time traffic alerts.
