Its 3 steps plus a stool. These steps are about a foot between each and are at a steep angle. A railing is there for this reason. For wheel chair users, a lift is available at both stations. Please keep in mind that these trains and cars are over 100 years old, accessibility wasn't thought of back then. Arcade & Attica has done their best for wheel chair users!
They provide a lift so there is no steps involved at all you can ride this train with a wheelchair it is fine
About three on the car itself i think but they provide stools for everyone to get on the train
