They might be emailing more than before. If that is so, it is primarily a cost reduction reason. Give them a call and let them know you have received what you ordered. They may have an old email address you don't use anymore. They're good people.
Maybe you tell you are part of the club and need to show ID when you go there on your birthday.
I'm not sure either. I didn't even know they had a birthday club. If they do, I bet they need your email ID.
