The hotel is open 7 days a week. I recommend reservations for them. There are very few rooms available. The restaurant is open Tues - Sun and does not require a reservation although one might be a wise idea during busier times.
They're a regular hotel, so "yes" they are open every day. Need for reservations would be the same as any hotel, I imagine. Need for reservations in the restaurant would be the same as any other restaurant
No I did not need reservation. But I would get one. It was very busy. Had to wait for a bit.
If you have several in your group You would be better off with a reservation.
