Yah I haven't had any problems either. I've never heard of a laundry mat that refunds your money. Have you ever gotten a refund from a vending machine? It seems similar in principle to me.
This place is the cleanest in the neighborhood i will continue to wash here
The attending that work there is nice. The machine are clean and smell fresh

Every washer and dryer machine is old need to be up grade also most of them dont work
I guess it depends on who is on duty. For the most part the customer service is good, but I also lost money on a machine that stopped for no reason about 2 months ago. The lady on duty that day was not helpful at all & didn't do anything to resolve my issue.
I had few problems like that machine stealing my coins, but they refunded in the moment it happened, and the best thing is that all their machines are monitored by a computer, which its very reliable and tells you even when you add too much soap to the clothes..
