very bad service from the lady who is supposedly there to help. if they keep RUDE staff there they will lose a lot of loyal customers. i’ve been coming here for a while and i’ve never had a problem. and today i used more than 5 machines all of them worked except one and it didnt rinse my clothes correctly and when i addressed it to the lady she WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. i work in CUSTOMER SERVICE and that is no way to help someone. When i asked her for her name she refused. BLACK SHORT HAIR WITH SOME RED.

In general I like this place, but the lady that cleans it in the mornings is rude she has an attitude and she is also annoying.She listens to her music in a Bluetooth speaker, I usually spend about 3 hours there and I couldn’t take 3 hours of temerarios or bukis and all that, I respect who ever does I just not so much I asked her to turn on the TV she refused and acted all offended because I told her I disliked her music she told me to go somewhere else, also she tends to take out peoples clothes from the machines and the annoying part is that she has to clean almost on top of you.She has very poor costumer service. Other than her this place is ok

My favorite laundry.Definatly open 24/7 365.Super clean,staff always on scene and friendly. Best Washing Machines Clean and will clean your Whites super White not dingy white like those other Laundry's leave your Whites!
