A lot of it depends on what size washing machine you choose, and if you choose cold water or hot water. The dryers take 25¢. Half of the dryers will give you three minutes, and the other drivers will give you four minutes for that quarter. I have always been able to get my clothes completely dry including jeans and towels in 30 minutes or less.
