I didn't speak to Customer Service, but spoke directly to the staff on the floor in separate departments whom I found to be personable, informative and helpful. If I had received the kind of rude treatment you describe from anyone in Customer Service, of all places, I would have either demanded to speak to a manager or sought one out myself. I would, under no circumstances, let that treatment or that individual slide by without being dealt with by management.

Because they have a policy to follow and tend to NOT go out of their way to bend it. I will if it doesn't break policy, but I don't work for Walmart
