I know they sell American Flags idk if that helps you.. I would imagine if you call the Wal-Mart in your area and ask about the flag in question they would be able to help.
I wouldn't know because I don't work at Walmart but I think that there is a Walmart website that you can use to search up any products your looking for at Walmart.
