We are at the address and there are only houses and no parking signs....?

There is a parking lot at the end of Prospect Rd, managed by The Trustees. You can also pay there.

Maybe we didn't go far enough down Prospect? Followed borh gps and Google directions for about 20 minutes and seemed to see trailhead but no lot ever, just no parking signs everywhere. Would gladly have paid if we could have found it.

Park at the lot before the hill and gate.

There is a small parking lot. Just check for the board for Ward reservation. You have to pay $5 parking fee.
