Go to the bar when you need a drink. The wait staff is awful. Twice i ordered and waited at least a half hour. Finally got it myself.
It depends. I have been there literally every day of the week. I always seem to have the best luck on Mondays for some reason.

I found the best luck was easy mornings (my mom played a lot then or on tues or Wed)
I'd say when you have a few extra dollars you don't mind throwing away...because literally the place is garbage
When isnt it a good time to go lol but i would say when there are events going on or on a fri or sat night
It probably depends on what you like to do, if you enjoy loud crowded places, go on a weekend night. If you enjoy loud, yet less crowded places, check for low volume times. Low volume also means possibility of lower limit blackjack, if that's your thing. Weekend wait for poker seems to be about an hour
