Employees very nice, Lysol and other disinfected items available, Credit card machine was not working properly and some of the smaller laundry baskets needed some attention, however my overall experience was a good experience, would visit again.

At the laundry Matt today we spent a pretty penny . There are these seat looking spots and when I used to come here you could sit while you did your laundry. So when the attendant came to let us know that it was talked for laundry during Covid she was extremely rude. I’m sure nothing will be done about it but I have and still in customer service. I have and would never be so ignorant to my customers. I’m serious to say you lost someone that you could make money off. Mary would never be so rude to anyone like that. There are some great books out there to train this woman about customer service. I’m sorry but your business is only as good as your weakest link. And boy is she weak.

everything is clean, machines take debit cards. Which is way better than putting a thousand coins in. More important there's always an attendant working if you have any questions about the machines.....
