Well I drive almost 4 hours to go there they are very nice and care about the customers I'm sorry u had a bad experience I've never had any bad problems from them ever maybe the person was having a bad day no excuse I'm sure if you asked to speak to a supervisor you would have been given the upmost of service I love BLUms in Oakland calif I'm in firebaugh ca
Though I'm not familiar with the product that you are having trouble with, I'd call them and describe the problem. I've always found their service exemplary, helpful with tremendous knowledge of products and eager to assist.
Id return it...cant go wrong w brass knuckles...Ive been to da oakland blum 1x....I wont be goin back...cust serv sucks baaad...they dont care...flower is good...but the other blums rock.
