Weak customer service after getting an expired cart... Sold me an old vape cart that is miscolored and taste old. Went to return it as there is a 7 day return policy and they would not accept a return or exchange. Would not recommend buying the halfpipe pipe cart. Really surprised they wouldn't take it back as it's only 23$ but they know they're selling trash and not even the manager would smoke it.

Every time I come to nug the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Michael was great at check out today and let me know the deals going on so I got some discounted product. Will definitely be back.

Great prices. Good variety. They wouldn’t let me in cause I forgot my mask, so I went and bought one. Once inside staff and customers were without masks. It felt unfair.
