Just deep fried cheese goodness. No meat.
As far as i know just cheese and a grain based batter deep fried. Could be a shared fryer though.
They use a different fryer for the meat and fish. Only fries and curds share that fryer.
Curds are made of un-aged yellow and white Wisconsin cheddar, deep-fried golden brown. So good!! We love them!
It might share a fryer with the fish.
