I kinda don’t want to leave a review…because I want to be able to get rooms when I visit! Buuuuttttt I will. This place is amazing. Best beds, pillows (man I wish I could buy one of those feather pillows!) coffee, breakfast, bathroom supplies (which smell amazing!) pool, hot tub, and even had a pool table! So friendly too. Love the colors and vibe and family friendly. The only thing is would be a option for breakfast for gluten free. I’m celiac, so I only could grab a banana as I can’t eat eggs either :/ other than that…..amazing!!!

When you first pull into the parking lot the entrance is around the building. Nicest hotel breakfast I've had. Lots of options and their granola was the best granola I've ever had strangely! The bath and body shower gel smells SO GOOD that I'll be getting some for personal use. I used their conditioner as well and went to bed with wet hair and normally when I wake up from sleeping with wet hair my hair is crazy curly, but it was soft and frizz free! The shower was very nice and clean, no tub though. And not as many towels as other hotels provide so if you need extra ask the front desk. However, I don't give them 5 stars because the walls were PAPER thin. I mean extremely thin. I could CLEARLY hear the conversations between our neighbors. I heard them talking to each other about how they could hear my husband's phone alarm going off while we were at breakfast and he had forgot to turn it off. I could even hear what they were watching on TV and when they blew their nose in the bathroom. So if you're a light sleeper or don't like people hearing your convos I would highly consider staying somewhere else. The hotel across the parking lot has a kitchenette and more sound proofing. My friend who worked at Best Western said paintings on the walls help with sound proofing so maybe that is a relatively cheap option they could do if they care. In the hallways you can hear people in their rooms talking as well. And when there's a full house it's quite noisy. We were there when a sports team had just checked in. Other than that it's a terrific hotel with very friendly staff. The hot tub wasn't super hot and the pool was very cold. I enjoyed my stay so it was a 5/5 for me but I'm giving them 4 on here so people know about how thin the walls are.

I am very disappointed in this hotel and how new it is for having so many flaws in the rooms. Cracked walls, rusted liners that are broken in the shower and dirt everywhere from head to toe. The AC was disgusting and the tv had chemical smears on it. They gave me ripped towels too. If that wasn’t bad enough, when you spend a few days here you can hear every pipe running down the hall and TVs..including the gossiping employees who seem to speak loud enough you assume theyre naturally talking bad about the guests or their own boss, don’t know. Read another review that the own general manager herself is a talker too. Embarrassing. Management must be shot since this place is running downhill fast, stay far away. Hope annual inspectors try to find as much as they can when they come around. You can buy a room for the same price anywhere around that garbage pile. Plus, they rob you blind of fees that don’t make a heap of sense. Why fee me for damage in a already damaged room? So long Tru! You bring shame on the Hilton name

Front desk staff was amazing - best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The bed was excellent, and my room was clean. This is a good place for travelers who need a clean, comfortable place to sleep and not much more. The rooms are smaller than most other hotels and are minimalistic/spartan in design.

I absolutely loved it. This brand is tons of fun. I loved the 55"tv that was super clear and the, I actually loved the bed. It was super soft and the cleaning service was great. I spent time out on the patio listening to music playing life size Jenga with my kids and the life size connect four. That was super fun. I agree the breakfast was just ok. However the GM Kristin mentioned that this hotel was the 20th one to open of this new brand, and that Hilton already is changing their breakfast to offer waffles, hot eggs and a protein. I look forward to trying these items out next time I am there.
Absolutely! The lobby has a pool table, snacks etc.
Yes. But the room is sickeningly hot and staff is not able to adjust the temperature.
