Are we allowed to reserve the pavilion with the tables and chairs or is this only general use and and use when concession is open?

I don't know about reservations either, but I have seen lots of people doing children's parties there. Parking gets really cramped though.

I don't believe you can reserve it since it's open to everyone but the Powder Springs Police Department across the street is in charge of it
