How do you get them 2 pick up phone? Tried all departments

When they do answer, tell then you want to speak to management..

Lol good luck with that..... Irby st is known for letting the phone ring.. even for curbside pick up, when you have to call... It took me 11 times calling just to let them know my I was parked in line 8 to get my groceries. Many of the employees be huddled in the corner smoking... I watched a lady ask if anyone would answer the phone and they said " not my department ". They carry phones and let it ring.

I go straight to customer service

They won't pick up the phone. It will just ring. For some reason they just ignore phone calls. Try calling the pharmacy.
