Great stuff, great customer service. Well at least from the regular workers. I didn't care for the way one manager spoke to another woman worker. One very nice lady, Beverly, was quickly trying to help me find khaki and navy blue pants and the manager came right over to tell her off, that she needed to be closer to the area that she wanted her to be in. I had already asked the manager for help finding the pants and she brushed me off entirely. Did not care for her, honestly. Beverly was a lovely woman!

I've went in many times and forgot my coupon. I just tell them and they have one at each register. The thing I don't like is hardly any registers open I guess it's like anything else can't get anyone to work.

The store use to have a telephone in each department, yet they are fewer sales associates and POS on the sales floor compared to several years ago.

Belk's is not closing. They are just reorganizing
You either get the coupon by mail or you can google it and get the coupon for belk online. They have 70% off right now and the cashier automatically scanned her coupon at check out. I just went shopping there and I received 70% off as long as you use you Belks card. Great deals going on right now on everything in the store.
