Took my car there to have new tires put on it and they rounded the lug nuts off and I had to go to a garage to get them off at my own expense! Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Yeah.. they put the lug nuts on my son's car so tight.. we had to have them bust them off and replaced.. at our expense. And once years ago on another car we had. So haven't used them in years because of that.
