I was in All Wound Up a few weeks ago and can attest to the fact that they have the best Covid practices I have seen and I am not just talking yarn shops. I frequent quite a few yarn shops and they are all doing pretty well but All Wound Up is on top of their game. I felt safe* going in to the shop. (*as safe as I can during a pandemic)
We are taking careful precautions. Staff are required to mask and wash hands or use hand sanitizer before and after every customer appointment. We have added 3 hepa/uv air filters throughout the shop. We have plexiglass at our checkout desk, and 6' of space reminder spots on the floor. Restroom is for staff only. Payment with credit card is touchless. We are requiring appointments, and customers may only enter 1 at a time. High touch surfaces are sanitized several times per day. Handled yarn is binned and quarantined for 24 hours. Classes and socials have all moved to zoom.
