If you can ,no matter how busy it my be .. there's always a couple of seats open at the bar ..you get faster service and you get to see any sport games on one of the five screens
As everyone is saying, it depends on the day & time. If you time your arrival before a normal rush time you should not wait more than 5 minutes. During a rush time, about 15 minutes.

I've been there on a Friday night and it was no longer than 20 minutes.
I waited 10 to 15 at most , but remember its time of day you go too n area. As well. I went too one in northridge n it was 15 minutes at most. N depending on sizr of party too. We were 2 people. But worth the wait.
It depends when you go. It can be a long wait during peak dinner hours, but usually moves fast.
