Geek Squad at Porter Ranch is the worst. I show up at 2:00 for my appoint and wait. Two geek squad members are reminiscing with a walk up customer about an old install. While I wait. I called ahead and told them what I needed. I wanted to drop off an old desktop for my mom. She is a geek squad member as well. The new desktop was for a swap from her current computer. Newer and faster. Best Buy 800 said fine no problem your both geek squad members. But the numb nuts behind the wall at this Porter Ranch Geek said they couldn’t do it. My mom would need to bring both computers in. She’s 80 and I am headed out of town for a week. Customer Service people! Customer Service. The manager could even come out to explain. I’m betting this BB gets shut down next.
