No need to run the car turn off lights and turn radio on and set FM to screen you are watching. All set!
its on the radio so you can turn your car to on but not running no.
You have to have a radio playing to hear the movie. Your car would need to be on if you don't have a separate radio. Make sure your lights are not on.
